Reconstruction of Střelenský Tunnel

This project consists of the reconstruction of Střelenský tunnel (built in 1936), of the renewal of the track no. 1 leading from Púchov (SR) to Hranice na Moravě (the section from the border with Slovakia to 27.271 km) and refurbishment of Střelná stop. Furthermore, several bridges, culverts and retaining walls will be reconstructed. New overhead lines and modification of communication and safety equipment, heavy current system and remote control of the rail track to be installed.

In the tunnel a special prefabricated track to be built in length of 415.76m (for each track). A masonry grouting in parts where leaking occurs will be done. The delivery will also include lighting system of the tunnel. At Střelná stop the reconstruction of the platforms which will ensure disabled and grade separated access will be done.
